What defines a great goose mount
Geese are big birds with big attitudes, and the pose has to match. A Canada goose in full-strut landing with feet down and wings cupped reads completely differently than a sentry pose or a dead mount on a barnwood backer. We build the full range.
We mount Canadas (all sub-species from cacklers to giants), snows (both color phases), blues, specklebellies (greater white-fronted), Ross geese, and brant. Flying decoy-commit poses, standing sentries, full-strut landers, walking poses, and dead mounts on custom-sized backers are all part of our work.
Built the right way, every time
Every mount we deliver goes through the same meticulous process — no shortcuts, regardless of species.
Full pose range
Flying commits, sentries, strut landings, walkers, and dead mounts — all scaled to goose size.
Species-matched detail
Cackler vs giant Canada, greater vs lesser snow — plumage finishing is sub-species specific.
Flock & strap mounts
Multi-goose strap mounts and flock displays on custom-built hardware.

Get the most out of your bird
The 30 seconds after the bird hits the ground matter more than anything we do in the studio. Follow these basics to protect your mount:
- Do NOT gut or field-dress the bird
- Smooth feathers in natural direction before freezing
- Wrap in plastic bag, press out air, label species + date
- Freeze flat; avoid bending the neck or wings
