Swimming Waterfowl Mounts
Ducks and geese set into custom resin water — ripples, reflections, and reed work that make the mount feel like a paused moment on the water.

What makes a great swimming waterfowl mount
Swimming mounts set the bird into a custom-poured resin water surface with realistic ripple patterns, floating feathers, and optional reed or cattail habitat. We offer open-bill, closed-bill, head-up, and head-down variations depending on the attitude you want.
Every water build is sculpted and poured by hand — no two are identical. The water depth, color, and surface movement are tuned to the species (clear shallow water for wood ducks, darker and rougher water for divers, prairie pothole mud for puddle ducks).
Built the right way, every time
Every mount we deliver goes through the same meticulous process — no shortcuts, regardless of pose or species.

Get the most out of your bird
The 30 seconds after the bird hits the ground matter more than anything we do in the studio. Follow these basics to protect your mount:
- Leave bird intact — do not gut
- Preserve feathers by smoothing before bagging
- Keep frozen with neck and wings in natural position
- Label species, date harvested, and any requests

Let’s build something worth the wait
