Our Simple 5-Step Process
Step 1: A Personal Welcome & Evaluation From the moment you arrive at either our Jefferson or Green Bay location, you’ll be welcomed by one of our expert taxidermists. We’ll assist you with bringing your specimen in from your vehicle and then perform a professional evaluation to ensure it’s in the best condition for mounting.
Step 2: Designing Your Mount This is the creative part where your vision comes to life! We’ll guide you through picking the perfect pose that best suits your trophy. You can:
- Browse our extensive showrooms at either location for inspiration.
- Look through our online galleries for ideas.
- Bring in your own pictures or concepts you’ve saved.
Our taxidermists will provide expert advice based on your specific specimen to help you select a pose that is both lifelike and showcases the unique features of your animal.
Step 3: Simple Paperwork We handle the details so you don’t have to. We’ll create a detailed work order for your project. All we ask is that you bring along any tag numbers or harvest information for your mount so we can include it in your official paperwork.
Step 4: Flexible Payment Options We believe that preserving your memory should be stress-free. During the paperwork process, we will walk you through our payment options, including our popular Easy 8 Payment Plan, to find a solution that works best for your budget.
Step 5: You’re All Set! Once the paperwork is complete, you will receive a copy of all your documents for your records. We will also enter all the information into your online customer portal, allowing you to easily keep track of your project.
