Mounts by Species
Whitetail, mule deer, elk, bear, sheep, African plains game, ducks, turkeys, bass, trout — every species has its own anatomy, its own pose vocabulary, and its own pitfalls.
A list of every species we have mounted would be longer than this page. Instead, this is a navigable index into our most-requested categories — with the specific quirks, options, and timelines that come with each.

Frequently asked
The questions we answer most often, drawn from real conversations on the studio floor.
Do you mount every North American species?
Yes, and most international species as well. If we have not mounted it before, we will tell you up front rather than guess at the work.
Which species takes the longest?
Life-size bears, full-body sheep, and elaborate diorama work. The longest single project we have on the floor is typically a polar or grizzly life-size build.
Can I get a custom pose on any species?
Almost always. Stock forms cover most requests; for unusual poses we sculpt or alter from a base form. Custom pose work is quoted in advance.
Do you do reproductions on game animals?
For fish, yes — routinely. For mammals and birds, almost always traditional skin mounts.
What about endangered or protected species?
Only with full legal documentation. We follow USFWS and state regulations to the letter and turn away work that does not have proper paperwork.
Where can I see species I am considering?
Browse our photo gallery and species pages, or come visit the showroom in person. Seeing finished work in three dimensions answers questions photos cannot.
Have a project in mind?
Whether you have a specific question about by species or you want to brief us on a trophy already on its way, we are happy to help.
